Room #106 in the 1887 Jacob Lott Ludlow House    (on the first floor) 

1. King bed has very rare half-canopy walnut headboard. Bedside table has phone, alarm clock, and stereo CD/tape/radio. Speakers are in bedroom and bathroom. 
2. 32" flat panel TV/DVD.
3. Antique Queen Anne Style desk has large work area with phone, lamp & surge-protected data port/outlets. 
4. Sitting area is located in front of large stained glass windows. Love seat, reading chair, and coffee table are wicker. Antique Victrola (wind the handle to play) comes with old 78 rpm records. 

5. Rare antique oak Murphy Bed folds down into a comfortable 3/4 size bed.
6. Antique armoire (wardrobe) has clothes storage, terry robes, large wooden hangers, scissors, safety pins and lint remover. 
7. Breakfast table is in front of window. Table is set with old-fashioned china, silver, & flowers. 
8.  Open-front green iron stove has gas logs. 
9. This area contains under-counter mini-refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee/tea maker. Floor-to-ceiling antique oak back bar has huge beveled mirror. 
10.  Large 2-person whirlpool tub with candles, bubble bath, and rubber ducky. Tub has both wall shower & hand-held shower. The very special "millionaire's sink" was rescued from the Reynold's mansion when it was torn down. Dressing table has hair dryer, lighted make-up mirror, premium soaps, shower cap, hand lotion, cotton balls/Q-tips and Woolite. Towel warmer is beside of tub. A second TV/VCR is mounted on wall above the commode. 
11.  Private side porch has glass top iron table and chairs.
